By creating an account or using ShieldsOn, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create your own account, and at least 18 to act as a parent/guardian for a child profile. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Keep your password and any one-time codes private. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@shieldson.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

Don't use ShieldsOn to harass, defraud, or surveil people; to impersonate others; to break the law; or to upload content that isn't yours to share. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service or its AI features.

ShieldsOn provides AI-powered analysis and educational guidance. It is not legal, financial, medical, or law-enforcement advice. The AI can make mistakes. Always use your judgement, and for high-stakes decisions involve a trusted human or qualified professional.

Ideas, votes, and comments you post on the Future Features board are public. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and build on that feedback. Don't post anything confidential or anything you don't own.

ShieldsOn is currently free. We may introduce premium tiers in the future; you'll be told clearly before any charge applies, and any paid features are governed by additional terms presented at checkout.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or put other users at risk.

ShieldsOn is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where local consumer-protection laws give you stronger rights.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
